II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s):

DALO has entered into an agreement with the United States Navy to acquire Anti-Submarine Warfare equipment to the Danish Seahawk Helicopters. This equipment consists of Sonars, sonobuoyes, sonobuoye launchers, updating of software in the Seahawk helicopters, updating of Seahawk simulator, relevant spareparts and support equipment, technical support from the US Navy and training in Anti-Submarine Warfare equipment with the US Navy.
