Anskaffning av patrullrobot genomförs vilket ökar förmåga till precisionsbekämpning med obemannade system mot högvärdiga mål. Förmågan till spaning utvecklas genom anskaffning av obemannade flygande system till stora delar av arméns krigsförband. Sammantaget utvecklas arméns förmåga till spaning och verkan med en kombination av små och stora obemannade flygande system.
Patrullrobot är en fri översättning från engelskans ”loitering munition” och avser en obemannad flygfarkost av engångstyp med en stridsdel.
UVision Air Secured a contract to supply its Hero-120 Loirtering Munition System to a European Country
UVision Air Ltd. - a global leader in Loitering Munition systems of all sizes for a variety of missions, announces the successful signing of a contract to supply its Hero-120 Loitering Munition System to an undisclosed European country. This significant achievement is the outcome of a productive collaboration with Rheinmetall, initiated in 2021. It follows a series of successful flight missions demonstrating the Hero-120's exceptional capabilities in the extreme Arctic winter conditions.
These missions encompassed extreme low temperatures, heavy snowfall, strong winds, high humidity, ice-forming flight conditions, low cloud cover, and limited visibility, both day and night.
Bei einer zweitägigen Besprechung an der Markstridsskolan wurde die Weiterentwicklung der Panzerbataillone und der mechanisierten Bataillone erörtert. U.a. ging es dabei um Weiterentwicklung von Kampfpanzern, Schützenpanzern und Universalgeländefahrzeugen, aber auch UAVs und Loitering Munitions.
FMV hat letztes Jahr mit der Ausstattung der Übungsplätze zum Training mit UAVs und Loitering Munitions begonnen. Außerdem haben Demonstrationen und Versuche mit Loitering Munitions stattgefunden.

Nya förmågor tillförs med start 2023 i stridstränings- och ledningsträningsanläggningar (STA/LTA), vilket medger helt nya möjligheter att träna och öva med obemannade flygande system och patrullrobotar. Demonstratorverksamhet och försök med obemannade flygande system samt patrullrobotar har påbörjats.
