Am Flugplatz Lousã wurden die ersten zwölf UAS der Força Aérea Portuguesa präsentiert. Der Ministerrat hat am 30. April die Beschaffung im Wert von 4,545 Mio. EUR (ohne MWSt.) beschlossen, um, im Rahmen des Dispositivo Especial de Combate a Incêndios Rurais (DECIR), Erfordernissen im Bereich der Brandbekämpfung zu begegnen. Die Kosten der Beschaffung trug der Umweltfonds (Fundo Ambiental). Es handelt sich um sechs UAVision Aeronautics OGASSA OGS42V und sechs OGASSA OGS42. Jedes der Luftfahrzeuge hat eine Reichweite von 12 Stunden. Sie werden auf drei Einsatzflugplätze (Lousã: 2 OGS42 + 1 OGS42V; Macedo de Cavaleiros: 2 OGS42V; Fóia: 2 OGS42V) und einen Ausbildungsstützpunkt (CFMTFA/Ota: 2 OGS42 + 1 OGS42V) aufgeteilt. Die Besatzung jedes Systems besteht aus fünf Soldaten.

TEKEVER signs contract with the Portuguese Air Force to supply the AR5 system

TEKEVER, a pan-European technology company specializing in autonomous systems based on artificial intelligence, has signed a contract with the Portuguese Air Force, which will now have access to the AR5 system’s autonomous capabilities for surveillance missions. The contract also includes operator training, as well as the supply of the Ground Control Station and the ATLAS mission system.

The AR5 system will enable the Portuguese Air Force to enhance its operational autonomy on long-range missions. The platforms will be deployed on maritime surveillance, security, and defense missions; monitoring of the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ); and support for public interest missions, including the Special Rural Firefighting Unit (DECIR), coastal security, and environmental protection.

To ensure the autonomous and effective use of this new capability, TEKEVER will implement a comprehensive knowledge transfer program. Initial training for Air Force personnel will be completed by September, coinciding with the delivery of the systems. A second phase of training will take place in October, consolidating full operational readiness and the development of new skills among the operational teams.

SUMÁRIO

Autoriza a Força Aérea a assumir o encargo plurianual e a realizar a respetiva despesa com a aquisição de um sistema aéreo não tripulado, e delega poderes para a prática dos atos subsequentes.

1 - Autorizar a Força Aérea a assumir o encargo plurianual e a realizar a respetiva despesa, nos anos de 2025 e 2026, com a aquisição de um sistema aéreo não tripulado, classe 2, até ao montante máximo de 7 796 747,97 EUR (sete milhões, setecentos e noventa e seis mil, setecentos e quarenta e sete euros e noventa e sete cêntimos), ao qual acresce o imposto sobre o valor acrescentado (IVA), à taxa legal em vigor, a financiar através de verbas da Lei de Programação Militar, com inscrição na Força Aérea, na Capacidade «Operações Aéreas de Vigilância, Reconhecimento e Patrulhamento Terrestre e Marítimo».

2 - Fixar, sem prejuízo do disposto no n.º 3 do presente despacho, que os encargos orçamentais decorrentes da execução da despesa referida no número anterior não podem exceder, em cada ano económico, os seguintes montantes, aos quais acresce o IVA à taxa legal em vigor:

a) 2025: 6 235 772,36 EUR (seis milhões, duzentos e trinta e cinco mil, setecentos e setenta e dois euros e trinta e seis cêntimos);

b) 2026: 1 560 975,61 EUR (um milhão, quinhentos e sessenta mil, novecentos e setenta e cinco euros e sessenta e um cêntimos).
