Croatia – M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems
The Government of Croatia has requested to buy eight (8) M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS); twenty-four (24) M30A2 Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Alternative Warhead (AW) Pods with Insensitive Munitions Propulsion System (IMPS); twenty-four (24) M31A2 GMLRS-Unitary High Explosive (HE) Pods with IMPS; two (2) M1152 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV) with Next Generation SECM (NG SECM); eight (8) M1152 HMMWVs with Command and Control Communications Shelters; and thirty-six (36) Defense Advanced GPS Receivers (DAGR). The following non-MDE items will also be included: Low Cost Reduced Range Practice Rocket (LCRRPR) pods; AN/PRC-117G radios; AN/PRC-158 radios; AN/PRC-160 radios; Common Fire Control Systems (CFCS); International Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (IFATDS); software; training; resupply vehicles; technical assistance; and other related elements of program and logistic support. The estimated total program cost is $390 million.
Kroatien verhandelt derzeit über den Kauf der acht HIMARS. Der Vertrag soll bis Jahresende abgeschlossen werden und der Preis wird sich auf 287 Mio. $ belaufen:

Croatia is procuring Leopard 2A8 main battle tanks (MBTs) and High Mobility Artillery Systems (HIMARS), Croatian Vice-President and Defence Minister Ivan Anušić told parliament on 5 November.
Regarding other procurements, Anušić said Croatia would receive eight Bradley IFVs and sign a contract with the US for HIMARS by the end of 2024.
Der Verteidigungsausschuss des kroatischen Parlaments hat einstimmig die Beschaffung von acht HIMARS M142, 24 Munitionspaketen M30A2 (je 6 Raketen pro Modul), 24 Munitionspaketen M31A2 (je 6 Raketen pro Modul) und 16 Munitionspaketen mit Übungsraketen reduzierter Reichweite M28A2 (je 6 Raketen pro Modul) im Wert von 289,9 Mio. Odbor za obranu jednoglasno podržao nabavu HIMARS-a za Hrvatsku vojsku
Heute hat die kroatische Regierung die Beschaffung der Raketenwerfer abgesegnet. Es werden von 2025 bis 2029 insgesamt 262.850.196,78 EUR veranschlagt. Der dazugehörige Letter of Offer and Acceptance HR-B-UCK hat einen Wert von 289.968.461,00 USD - darauf fallen zusätzlich 60.698.017,25 USD Mehrwertsteuer an. Folglich belaufen sich die Kosten für das Projekt auf 350.666.478,25 USD bzw. umgerechnet 331.348.840,83 EUR:

Das kroatische Verteidigungsministerium hat am 17. Juni während der EUROSATORY 2024 eine Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung des Artilleriesystems CAESAR unterzeichnet. Dem Beitritt ist eine Einladung des französischen Verteidigungsministeriums zur gemeinsamen Beschaffung über die DGA vorausgegangen. Frankreich will gemeinsam mit den Vertragspartnern der Rahmenvereinbarung eine Kofinanzierung durch EDIRPA beantragen, wodurch der Kaufpreis um ca. 10 - 15 % sinken würde.

Nun ist auch die Stückzahl bekannt. Bis Ende dieses Jahres soll ein Vertrag über dreißig CAESAR abgeschlossen werden:

U tom je kontekstu poseban naglasak stavljen na nabavu i modernizaciju ključnih borbenih sustava.
“Planiramo do kraja godine potpisati ugovor za nabavu 30 haubica CAESAR, dok će sustav protuzračne obrane kratkog dometa biti u potpunosti isporučen do kraja godine. Zainteresirani smo i za nabavu protuzračnog sustava srednjeg dometa, što je naš sljedeći prioritet”, naglašeno je.
