Nordic Terrain Solutions (NTS) wird die Nutzungsdauer von 800 Bv206 und Bv206S (Bv208) um 15 Jahre verlängern. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Option auf weitere 250 Fahrzeuge.
Die schwedischen Streitkräfte erhalten die ersten modernisierten Bv206/208 im ersten Quartal 2025. Die Fahrzeuge erhalten einen neuen Motor, ein neues Getriebe, wie auch einen neuen Generator und eine Dieselheizung. Das Projekt soll bis 2027 abgeschlossen sein:

BAE Systems and Iveco Defence Vehicles form strategic collaboration on BvS10 for Italy
BAE Systems Hägglunds and Iveco Defence Vehicles (IDV) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to pursue a strategic collaboration for the BvS10 all-terrain vehicle for the Italian market.
The collaboration focuses on localization of design of Italian variants and manufacturing of the BvS10 – leveraging the strengths of both companies and Italian manpower.
DSEI 2025: BvS10 ATVs for Sweden, Germany, and UK to be rolled out in mid-September
BvS10 all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) being procured jointly by Sweden, Germany, and the UK will be rolled out at BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik on 16 September, a company spokesperson told Janes at the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) 2025 exhibition held in London from 9 to 12 September. The roll-out of one BvS10 for each country will be attended by the national armaments directors of all three of them.
The three countries announced in mid-December 2022 that they were jointly procuring BvS10s, with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), the central purchasing body for the procurement, saying at the time that it had signed a framework agreement with BAE Systems Hägglunds for the ATV valid until December 2029, with an option to extend it until December 2032. The first purchase order worth USD760 million was for 436 BvS10s: 236 to be delivered to the FMV; 140 to the Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Nutzung der Bundeswehr (BAAINBw), Germany's Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support; and 60 to the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). BAE Systems Hägglunds said at the time that the vehicles would be based on the latest version of the BvS10 in Swedish service and include the troop transport, logistics, medical evacuation, recovery, and command-and-control variants.

Schema di decreto ministeriale di approvazione del programma pluriennale di A/R n. SMD 11/2025, relativo al potenziamento della capacità All Terrain Vehicles (ATV) dello strumento militare terrestre in ottica Full/ATV
Das Programm läuft von 2025 bis 2034 und hat ein Volumen von 570 Mio. EUR. Die erste Phase mit einem Auftragswert von 71 Mio. EUR umfasst die Entwicklung, Beschaffung und Anpassung von sieben Vorserienfahrzeugen sowie die Untersuchung des Integrated Logistic Supports und die Projektierung der infrastrukturellen Anpassungen.
