2. SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT AND PLANNED AMOUNT
2.1. Subject of the procurement is purchase of military engineering combat vehicles (hereinafter – Goods), warranty time maintenance, post-warranty repair, training of personnel and deliveries in accordance with technical specification1 (Annex 2) which includes following positions:
2.1.1. Position 1 – armored Engineer Vehicle (AEV);
2.1.2. Position 2 – armored Recovery Vehicle (ARV);
2.1.3. Position 1 – armored Vehicle – Launched bridge (AVLB).
2.2. Planned amount to be supplied during all period is around 4 - 6 vehicles of each position.
Armored Engineer Vehicle design, features, technical requirements
1. Chassis – based on tank Leopard 1;
2. Weight - Up to 54 tons;
3. Movement, speed:
- Max speed not less than 60 km/h.
4. Engine - power, no less than 900 HP;
- Deep fording not less than 2250 mm.
5. Fuel - intended for day-to-day operation with diesel fuel (EN590 or NATO code F-54 / F-65 ”), as well as, without conversion, for crisis operation with aviation kerosene (NATO code F-63 or F-35, or equivalent US Army code JP -8);
6. Trucks - With rubberized track pads (can be replaced by snow grousers);
7. Obstacle crossing:
- Climbing ability not less than 60%.
(50% with Excavator)
- Side gradeability not less than 30%.
- Step crossing not less than 800 mm.
8. Excavator arm:
- Trench crossing not less than 2500 mm.
- Can be extended to a maximum length not less than 8 m;
- Excavating rate not less than 200 cm³;
- Excavating depth not less than 3m;
9. Excavator tools:
- Lifting capability not less than 3t.
- Bucket - volume not less then 1,3m³;
- Universal gripper;
10. Dozer blade:
- The excavator arm (and hydraulic systems) provide quick connection of additional equipment (such as a hydraulic hammer and concrete crusher).
- maximum width not less than 3,75m with side extensions;
11. Hydraulic winch:
- dozing capacity rate not less then 270 m³/h.
- Straight pull capacity not less than 20,000 kg;
- Can be increased to 35,000 kg;
- Has a cable tensioning system at least 90m of 33mm cable.
12. Additional equipment:
- Cutting and welding equipment;
- The vehicle must be able to be fitted with attachments (options) at the front of the vehicle.
Option 1 - Mine plow
Option 2 – Mine roller (full width)
Option 3 – Dozer blade.
The number of vehicles, and the type of equipment (options), that require the installation of these units will be determined by the customer.
- The vehicle must be able to (option) be fitted with a lane marking system (LMS).
The number of vehicles that require the installation of these systems will be determined by the customer.13. Armament:
- Storage rack at the rear of the vehicle (option). The number of vehicles that require the installation of storage rack will be determined by the customer.
- Smoke grenade launcher 76mm;
14. Protection systems:
- Machine gun mount with the possibility to install an FN MAG machine gun.
- ABC (atomic, biological and chemical) protection;
15. Observation systems:
- automatic fire detection and extinguishing system for engine compartment (uses FM 200 gas).
- night vision system (option) (to be specified).
It would be necessary to indicate the existing night vision system (its parameters) in the offer.16. Crew seats - Mine resistant seats.
- reversing camera (option).
The number of vehicles that require the installation of a reversing camera will be determined by the customer.
17. Range with full fuel tank:
- Road conditions: not less than 500km;
- Off-road conditions: not less than 280km (subject to the conditions).
