Die Abfangj\u00e4ger sind anderslautenden Ger\u00fcchten zum Trotz allwetter- und nachtflugtauglich. Seit Jahren erfolgt die aktive Luftraum\u00fcberwachung mit Jets aus Kostengr\u00fcnden nur an 10 Stunden pro Tag. Grunds\u00e4tzlich werden diese Stunden auf die &#8222;B\u00fcrozeiten&#8220; aufgeteilt, aber anlassbezogen bzw. aufgrund einsatztaktischer \u00dcberlegungen wird auch davon abgewichen. Sind die Einsatzzeiten vorhersehbar, k\u00f6nnte das ausgenutzt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um die Einsatzf\u00e4higkeit bei Nacht sicherzustellen werden zus\u00e4tzlich zum Einsatzbetrieb regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Nachttrainings durchgef\u00fchrt. Das Ziel ist mittels Leitstelle und Bordradar auch bei Nacht schnell gestellt. Das Ablesen einer Kennung am Rumpf zur eindeutigen Identifikation stellt aber eine Herausforderung dar.
