#GDELS-Santa Bárbara Sistemas unveiled the latest version of its #ASCOD tracked vehicles family, customized for the #PhilippinesArmedForces, the Light Tank #Sabrah, incorporating the 105mm manned turret from Israeli Elbit Systems Ltd. The respective contract was signed early 2021 followed by successful firing tests. The delivery of the first unit to the Philippine customer marks an important milestone for the program. Further vehicles’ deliveries will follow according to plan as of early 2023.
