https://www.mbda-systems.com/mbda-signe ... alian-navyMBDA has signed a contract with the National Directorate of Naval Armaments for the production of the TESEO MK2/E anti-ship missile, which is currently under development for the Italian Navy.
The contract covers the supply of new generation TESEO MK2/E anti-ship missiles, which will equip new units of the Italian Navy. This includes the FREMM EVO class frigates, the MPCS/PPA (Multi-Purpose Combat Ship/Pattugliatori Polivalenti d'Altura) and the new generation DDX destroyers. The missile will also complement the previous MK2/A version, which is already in-service on the FREMM and Horizon class naval units.
The production contract follows the previous one signed in 2021 for the development, integration and qualification of the missile.

Castellammare di Stabia, #Italy 28 October 2025, the 3rd French LSS bow section built under the auspices of the #French-#Italian cooperation and the contractual framework of OCCAR (Organisation for Joint Armament Co-operation), began its trip to Saint-Nazaire in #France.
The bow section has a total weight of 3.000 tonnes and is 73,82 meters long, 27,6 meters of breadth and 20,6 meters high.
Led by tugs, this section is awaited at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shiyard for the end of November for its assembly with the rear section built in Saint-Nazaire.
The delivery of this 3rd #French Logistic Support Ship #LSS vessel called “Emile Bertin” is planned for the second half of 2027.
