Pro Patria Electronics Ltd., a leading Hungarian defence technology company, has been selected as the winning bidder in a procurement procedure for a passive radar system issued by the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments (ECDI), the central procurement agency under the administration of the Ministry of Defence. After extensive preparations, the company has successfully concluded the contract, marking a significant milestone in Hungary's defence export sector.

The state-of-the-art passive radar systems will be deployed along Estonia's border, enhancing the country's surveillance and defence capabilities.

The passive radar system, developed entirely by Hungarian engineers, offers cutting-edge capabilities in detecting and tracking aerial targets without emitting detectable signals.
