Und der nächste Streich im Programm DVOW - 1275 Iveco LMV in fünf Varianten:
- Hardtop (Gefechtsfahrzeug)
- Softtop (Gefechtsfahrzeug)
Zusätzlich werden 120 RCWS geordert, die entweder auf den Iveco LMV mit Hardtop oder auf Lastkraftwagen von Scania (50 kN, 100 kN, 150 kN) montiert werden können. Vertraglich mögliche Optionen bestehen aus 357 Fahrzeugen und 10 RCWS, die bis zu fünf Jahre nach der Übernahme des letzten Fahrzeugs abgerufen werden können.
Die Lieferungen sollen 2022 beginnen und bis 2027 andauern. Die ersten RCWS werden mit den ersten Fahrzeugen mit Hardtop zulaufen.
Verwervingsvoorbereiding (D-fase) van het project ‘Voertuig 12kN overig en Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS)’
Met deze brief informeer ik u over de resultaten van de verwervingsvoorbereiding (D-fase) van het project ‘Voertuig 12kN overig en Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS)’ dat onderdeel is van het programma Defensiebrede Vervanging Operationele Wielvoertuigen (DVOW).
Aanbesteding en realisatie
Het project ‘Voertuig 12kN overig en RCWS’ behelst de levering van en het onderhoud aan 918 voertuigen. Alle voertuigen zijn als tactisch transportmiddel benodigd voor het operationeel optreden. De voertuigen worden in vijf hoofdvarianten aangeschaft, te weten twee gevechtsvarianten (hardtop en softtop), een logistieke variant (pick-up), een gewondentransportvariant en een militaire politie variant. Naast voertuigen behelst dit project de levering van 120 RCWS-en die op de 12 kN hardtop voertuigen geplaatst kunnen worden en op de vrachtauto’s uit het project voertuigen 50kN, 100kN en 150kN.
Tevens bevat het contract van de voertuigen opties voor additionele voertuigen en RCWS-en. Een deel van deze opties, namelijk 357 voertuigen en 10 RCWS-en, wordt al direct met de ondertekening van het contract besteld.
Het totaal aantal direct bestelde voertuigen komt daarmee op 1275 en het aantal RCWS-en op 130. Bestelling van het resterend deel en de overige opties kan tot 5 jaar na acceptatie van het laatste voertuig uit de initiële levering.

Supplies
II.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority/entity:
Vehicles 12kN and RCWS, project of the Defence-wide Replacement Programme of Operational Wheeled Vehicles (Dutch acronym: DVOW).
II.4) Short description of nature and scope of works or nature and quantity or value of supplies or services:
Delivery of military vehicles in different variants with a load capacity of 12kN including the delivery of Remote Control Weapon Systems (RCWS), protection packages, add-ons, attachments and services and maintenance of the delivered vehicles, RCWS, protection packages, add-ons and attachments.
The vehicles 12kN project consist of a (single) European procurement procedure for 5 types with the following indicative quantities: 250 Softtops, 310 Hardtops, 210 Pick-ups, 90 Casualty transport vehicles and 60 Military Police/Air Force Security Vehicles (MP/AFSV). The Softtop and Hardtop shall accommodate a crew of 2+2. The Pick-up shall accommodate a crew of 2. The Casualty transport shall accommodate a crew of 2 and either 2 lying of 4 sitting casualties. The MP/AFSV shall accommodate a crew of 2+6. The vehicles have high off-road mobility requirements. All occupants must be protected against ballistic threats to a level exceeding Level 2 conform STANAG 4569 through the use of permanent and/or modular protection. The DMO strives to procure one 12kN vehicle family of a single series having the same structural, drive train, electrical and other components. In case the requirements cannot be met within a single vehicle family, a distinction in one series of the types Softtop, Hardtop, Pick-up and Casualty transport and one series of the type MP/AFSV is allowed. Add-ons and attachments include ring mounts, swing mounts, winches, driving instruction modules and assault ladders.
In addition to the initial delivery the DMO shall have the option to invoke additional vehicles, RCWS, protection packages, add-ons, attachments and additional components. Furthermore, the future supplier must arrange for the provision of training, training documentation, maintenance documentation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data.
The future supplier shall perform maintenance on the delivered 12kN vehicles, RCWS, protection packages, add-ons and attachments with a minimum term, starting after delivery of the first vehicle and ending 10 years after acceptance of the last vehicle. The DMO shall have the right to extend the duration of the maintenance for a maximum of two periods of five years.
In relation to the execution of maintenance on the vehicles 12kN, the DMO strives to cover maintenance in the NL within a 40 km radius (road distance) of Havelte, Stroe, Doorn/Vlissingen, Schaarsbergen, Oirschot, Gilze-Rijen, Maaldrift, Schaarsbergen, Eindhoven and Volkel. It is of critical importance that within close range the NL MoD always has supplier maintenance capacity at its disposal and that the future supplier is familiar with the Dutch regulations to carry out maintenance.
The future supplier shall deliver the RCWS with logistic support and be fully responsible for successful integration of the RCWS on the Hardtop, MP/AFSV and other vehicle type(s) of the NL MoD.
