132 T14 und T15 seien Bestellt

Das russische Verteidigungsministerium und die Firma UralVagonZavod (UVZ) haben einen Vertrag über die Lieferung von 132 T-14- Panzern und T-15 Armata-Schützenpanzern unterzeichnet. Nach Angaben des stellvertretenden Verteidigungsministers Russlands, Alexej Kriworutschko, werden in diesem Jahr die ersten neun Armata-Fahrzeuge in die Truppe kommen.
"Im Moment haben wir einen Vertrag für 132 T-14 Panzer und T-15 IFV unterzeichnet. Wir werden die ersten neun Fahrzeuge in diesem Jahr erhalten", sagte er. Alle Lieferungen sollen vor 2021 abgeschlossen sein.
Die Entwicklung der T-14 Armata wurde im Jahr 2013 gestartet, gefolgt von der Lieferung eines ersten Prototyps im Jahr 2015. Die T-14 Armata wurde zum ersten Mal der Öffentlichkeit während der Militärparade in Moskau für den Siegestag Mai vorgestellt 9, 2015. Die T-14 Armata ist mit einem unbemannten Turm ausgestattet und die gesamte Besatzung befindet sich an der Vorderseite des Rumpfes. Der neue unbemannte Remote-Turm von Armata T-14 ist mit einer neuen Generation von 125 mm 2A82-1M Glattrohr-Kanone mit einem automatischen Lader und 32 Runden einsatzbereit ausgestattet.
Die T-15 BMP Armata ist die neueste Generation des AIFV (Armoured Infantry Fighting Vehicle), das von der russischen Verteidigungsindustrie entwickelt und hergestellt wird. Der T-15 BMP ist mit einem unbemannten Turm an der Rückseite des Fahrzeugs ausgestattet, der von der Verteidigungsgesellschaft KBP entwickelt und hergestellt wird. Nach Angaben russischer Militärexperten ist der Turm mit einer 30mm 2A42-Kanone als Hauptbewaffnung ausgestattet. Die zweite Bewaffnung des Fahrzeugs umfasst ein PKTM 7,62 mm Maschinengewehr und zwei Kornet-D Raketenwerfer, die auf jeder Seite des Turms angebracht sind.

Also Alexey Krivoruchko touched upon the issue of supply of the perspective combat platform "Armata".
To date, there is a contract for the supply of 132 machines of T-14 and T-15 products. The first nine vehicles will be delivered to the troops in 2018, and in the future, under the current contract, the Defence Ministry will receive all these vehicles until 2022.
The K-17 Bumerang infantry fighting vehicle (IFV), which is being developed by Russia's Military-Industrial Company (VPK), will finish its preliminary trials before year's end, a source from VPK told Jane's.
"We will finish the preliminary tests of the Bumerang platform this year and build a prototype of the vehicle for state trials. Once the state trials have been finished, the Russian military will start to receive the first vehicles," the source said.
The Bumerang IFV weighs 25 tonnes. The vehicle has three crew and it transports eight personnel. The platform is powered by a YaMZ-780 turbocharged diesel engine with a maximum power output of 750hp, producing a road speed of up to 100 km/h, a swimming speed of up to 12 km/h, and a range of 800 km.

Russian T-90M MBT expected to finish trials in 2019
Russia's new T-90M Proryv-3 (Breakthrough-3) main battle tank (MBT) may finish its state trials this year, Jane's has learned.
"Having confirmed the main specifications drafted in its technical terms of reference, the [T-90M] vehicle is now completing its state trials," a Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) source said on 24 February.
Additional information regarding the T-90M has been released by Russian local media, in particular on Telekanal Zvezda. The platform is provided with an entirely new turret, which has been fitted with a digital electronic architecture, allowing the integration of new mission systems, as well as a new digital fire-control system (FCS). This turret is mounted on a T-72 chassis, as with previous T-90 models. The T-90M retains the 2A46M-5 gun of the T-90 family, but this gun is now fitted with a muzzle reference system to allow the FCS to compensate for barrel deviations from the boresighted position after firing.
The MBT was expected to feature improvements to gun stabilisation, but it is unconfirmed if these have been implemented. The T-90M retains the coaxial PKT 7.62 mm machine gun as the gunner's secondary armament, as well as the capability to launch the 9M119M anti-tank guided missile (ATGM), which has a 5 km range and has a tandem high explosive anti-tank warhead. It is also capable of launching the 3VOF128 Tel'nik air-bursting projectile with a high-explosive fragmentation warhead.
The requirement for launching an air-bursting projectile was in response to Russian operational experience in Syria, and enables MBTs to defeat small dismounted weapon teams. The round is designed to explode in front of the target, unleashing shrapnel in a cone pattern forward of the projectile.
The Russian defence industry has begun working on a cased telescoped armament system (CTAS) for light- and medium-armoured combat vehicles, a domestic defence industry source has told Jane's .
"Rostec design bureau, TsNIITochMash, has already launched a programme to develop a CTAS. The terms of reference for the new gun are now being drafted and will soon be confirmed. The bureau has defined the calibre of the new gun; it is planned to fire a newly developed 45 mm-cased round," said the source.
Preliminary work to develop a Russian-designed CTAS began in early 2010, according to the source. "Unfortunately, it temporarily ceased and now TsNIITochMash has to evaluate this technological experience and embed it in the new programme," the source added.
